What a day....What a ride!!! *********************

********************* Mother Nature gave this year's Tour a wonderful day to ride.
The picture perfect weather created the largest turnout the Tour de Donut has ever had. More than 1500 riders were registered for this year's event!
The weather apparently help everyone's appetites as well. We consumed over 550 dozen (that is 6,600) Shipley Do-Nuts. WOW!
A big thanks goes out to all the volunteers who provided support for the ride!! Without them, there simply would have been a load of people roaming the Katy flatlands looking for donuts and water.
Also, a HUGE thank you to all of you who rode in the 2008 Tour de Donut.
